A caricature of Teddy Roosevelt. He was a very dynamic man and lived a full, adventurous life, one of my favorite U.S. Presidents.
All painted in Photoshop with a Wacom tablet using several images from the web as reference. Mostly simple round brush at various opacity with a few custom brushes, lots of smudge tool.
